摘要

目前对于乡村振兴人才的需求正日益增加,供给不足的状况也日益凸显.因此,建立和完善乡村振兴人才队伍培训体系成为亟需解决的关键问题.本文基于CIPP模型从多个层面全面了解乡村振兴人才队伍培训体系的优缺点,为进一步完善和优化培训体系提供参考依据,并主要探讨乡村振兴人才队伍培训体系和发展对策.通过分析目前的现状和问题,并结合国内外相关经验,提出切实可行的建议和解决方案,以推动乡村振兴人才队伍培训体系的全面发展.

Abstract

The current demand for talents dedicated to rural revitalization is escalating,and the issue of insufficient supply is increasingly prominent.Consequently,establishing and perfecting a training system for the rural revitalization talent pool has become an urgent and critical issue that needs resolution.This article relying on the CIPP model,comprehensively examines the strengths and weaknesses of the rural revitalization talent training system from multiple perspectives,providing a reference for further enhancement and optimization of the training system.It primarily explores the training system for the rural revitalization talent pool and development strategies.By analyzing the current situation and challenges,and drawing upon relevant domestic and international experiences,practical recommendations and solutions are proposed to promote the comprehensive development of the rural revitalization talent training system.
