多元主体联动:嵌入性视角下田园养老产业纾困路径研究——基于C区农村幸福院的调查

摘要
在推进乡村振兴战略和积极应对人口老龄化的背景下,城市老年人群体养老需求的升级,为田园养老产业的发展带来了前所未有的历史性机遇.X市C区自十八大以来,致力于加强农村地区基础设施建设,积极推进农村幸福院建设,目前成果显著,实现了农村基本养老服务的全覆盖.但目前X市C区农村幸福院发展仍受资金、政策、村干部和当地群众认知等方面的限制.本文运用嵌入性理论,结合田园养老产业发展趋势,针对X市C区农村幸福院发展困境,围绕组织、政策、市场三个维度提出路径对策,旨在促进农村幸福院与田园养老产业联动发展.
Abstract
Under the background of promoting the rural revitalization strategy and actively coping with the aging population,the upgrading of the pension needs of the urban elderly group has brought unprecedented historic opportunities for the development of the rural pension industry.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,District C of X city has been committed to strengthening infrastructure construction in rural areas and actively promoting the construction of rural happiness homes.At present,it has achieved remarkable results and achieved full coverage of basic old-age care services in rural areas.However,at present,the development of rural happiness hospital in C district of X city is still limited by funds,policies,village cadres and local people.This paper uses the embedded theory,combined with the development trend of rural pension industry,aims at the development dilemma of rural happiness hospital in C district of X city,and puts forward the path countermeasures around the three dimensions of organization,policy and market,aiming to promote the linkage development of rural happiness hospital and rural pension industry.
