摘要

本研究以草莓优良品种"秦玉"为研究对象,选取一年生健康、无病虫害的茎段顶端作为外植体进行茎尖的剥离和植物组织培养,讨论草莓优良品种"秦玉"不同组织培养生长时期中各个培养阶段所用培养基的最适合激素配比,期望找到本研究中初代分化培养、继代增殖培养和生根诱导培养以及移栽驯化期等阶段的最适合培养基和管理方法,同时讨论影响草莓茎尖培养过程中的关键要点,建立草莓优良品种"秦玉"的高效再生体系.

Abstract

In this study,the excellent strawberry variety"Qinyu"was selected as the research object,and the stem tip of the healthy annual,disease-free stem segment was selected as the explants to peel the stem tip and plant tissue culture,and the most suitable hormone ratio of the medium used in each culture stage of different tissue culture of strawberry"Qinyu"was discussed.It is expected to find the most suitable medium and management methods for the initial differentiation culture,secondary proliferation culture,rooting induction culture,and transplanting and domestication stage in this study,and discuss the key points affecting the stem tip culture process of strawberry,and establish an efficient regeneration system for strawberry excellent variety"Qinyu".
