摘要
民宿产业作为一种乡村产业新业态,已成为乡村发展的新赛道和新热点.本文基于乡村民宿POI数据,以湖南省为研究区,运用最邻近分析、核密度分析、不平衡指数、地理集中指数、地理探测器等研究方法,探究湖南省乡村民宿的空间分布特征及其驱动因素.研究结果显示:①在空间分布特征上,湖南省乡村民宿呈集中分布,区域内乡村民宿分布不均衡,主要分布在长沙市、郴州市、衡阳市、岳阳市、湘西土家族苗族自治州.②在空间集聚上,民宿集聚分布在经济较为发达的乡村地区和旅游资源禀赋的地区周边,如仰天湖大草原、南岳衡山、凤凰古镇等地区.③单位面积旅游总人数、公路密度、农村居民人均可支配收入、单位面积旅游总收入、A级景区数量、人均GDP、地区人口密度为影响民宿空间分异的主导因子.
Abstract
As a new form of rural industry,homestaying industry has become a new track and a new hot spot in rural development.Based on the POI data of rural homestays in Hunan province,this paper explores the spatial distribution characteristics and driving factors of rural homestays in Hunan province by using the methods of nearest neighbor analysis,nuclear density analysis,imbalance index,geographical concentration index and geographical detector.The results show that:(1)In terms of spatial distribution characteristics,rural homestays in Hunan province are concentrated,and the distribution of rural homestays in the region is unbalanced,mainly distributed in Changsha,Chenzhou,Hengyang,Yueyang and Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.(2)In terms of spatial agglomeration,homestay clusters are distributed in economically developed rural areas and around areas endowed with tourism resources,such as Yangtianhu Prairie,Hengshan Mountain,Fenghuang Ancient Town and other areas.(3)Total number of tourists per unit area,road density,per capita disposable income of rural residents,per capita gross tourism income per unit area,number of A-class scenic spots,per capita GDP and regional population density were the leading factors affecting the spatial differentiation of B&Bs.
