新农科背景下高职农林类人才建设策略研究
Research on the Construction Strategy of Higher Vocational Agricultural and Forestry Talents under the Background of New Agricultural Science

摘要
为了培养适应现代农业发展需求的高素质农林人才,以应对新农科背景下高职农林教育所面临的机遇与挑战,本文深入分析了当前高职农林类人才建设的现状及其存在的问题.采用现状调研与问题分析的方法,研究提出了一系列针对性的建设策略.这些策略包括优化课程体系、强化实践教学、加强师资队伍建设、深化产教融合、完善人才评价机制以及加强国际交流与合作等措施.结果表明,这些策略旨在全面提升高职农林教育的质量和水平,为农业现代化和乡村振兴战略的实施提供有力的人才支撑.
Abstract
In order to cultivate high-quality agricultural and forestry talents to meet the needs of modern agricultural development and to deal with the opportunities and challenges faced by higher vocational agricultural and forestry education under the background of new agricultural science,they deeply analyzed the current situation and existing problems of agricultural and forestry talents construction in higher vocational colleges.Using the method of current situation investigation and problem analysis,a series of targeted construction strategies are put forward.These strategies include optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,deepening the integration of industry and education,improving the talent evaluation mechanism,and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation.The results show that these strategies aim to comprehensively improve the quality and level of agriculture and forestry education in higher vocational colleges,and provide strong talent support for the implementation of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization strategies.
