乡村振兴背景下农林高校深化校企合作路径优化研究——以山西农业大学为例

摘要
校企合作是高等教育体系加强高校与企业之间联系的有效途径之一,是联合培养高素质高技术专业人才的重要途径.本文以山西农业大学的校企合作为例,结合乡村振兴背景下农林高校对人才需求的不断变化和高校四新建设要求,分析当前校企合作人才培养模式存在的问题,综合考察乡村振兴背景下农林高校进行校企合作的基本逻辑,提出优化农林高校校企合作的路径,即:校企双主体育人体系和双主体协同育人机制下的开放、融合、共享的地方院校新农科校企协同育人模式:创新顶层设计,强化专业结构与产业结构的契合;深度融合人才链与产业链,构建校企合作的可持续运营生态;汇聚校企创新要素,优化人才培养路径.
Abstract
School-enterprise cooperation is an effective approach for higher education institutions to enhance the connection between universities and enterprises,as well as a crucial method for jointly cultivating high-quality and high-tech professionals.Taking Shanxi Agricultural University's school-enterprise cooperation as a case study,this paper analyzes the issues in the current personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation,considering the evolving talent demands and new construction requirements of colleges and universities amidst rural revitalization.It comprehensively examines the fundamental logic of school-enterprise cooperation in agriculture and forestry colleges under the context of rural revitalization,proposing an optimized path for such collaboration.This includes implementing an open,integrated,and shared new agricultural cooperative education model within local colleges and universities through a dual-subject education system and cooperative mechanism;innovating top-level design to align professional structure with industrial structure;deepening integration between talent chain and industrial chain to establish a sustainable operational ecosystem for school-enterprise cooperation;fostering synergy between educational institutions and enterprises to optimize talent training pathways.
