摘要

广义的生态产品可以定义成为某一个区域生态系统提供产品和服务的总称.生态产品价值是凝结在生态产品中各种要素价值的总和.生态产品价值实现为新质生产力发展壮大提供了广阔空间.提升生态产品价值需要做到综合设计,统筹落实;以人为本,共建共享;因地制宜科学推进.此外,进一步完善生态产品价值评价机制、建立并进一步完善生态产品利益保护与生态补偿机制、推进生态产品的多元产业化也至关重要.提升生态产品价值,助力乡村振兴,还需要建立健全生态利民惠民机制,强化生态产品经营与开发,依托生态产品畅通要素流通,促进城乡融合.

Abstract

Ecological products in a broad sense can be defined as a general term for the products and services provided by a regional ecosystem.The value of ecological products is the sum of the value of various elements condensed in ecological products.The realization of the value of ecological products provides a broad space for the development and growth of new productivity.Improving the value of ecological products requires comprehensive design and overall implementation;people-oriented,co-construction and sharing;scientific promotion according to local conditions.In addition,it is also very important to further improve the value evaluation mechanism of ecological products,establish and further improve the interest protection and ecological compensation mechanism of ecological products,and promote the diversified industrialization of ecological products.In order to enhance the value of ecological products and help rural revitalization,it is also necessary to establish and improve the mechanism of ecological benefiting the people,strengthen the management and development of ecological products,rely on the smooth circulation of ecological products,and promote urban-rural integration.
