摘要

石墨烯是一种具有单原子层结构的二维纳米材料,它具有优异的电学、光学、热学和机械特性,同时还具有比较大的比表面积.自2004年被研究发现至今,石墨烯在未来技术改革方面的重大作用一直是研究者所探究的课题.石墨烯被称为是未来能够代替硅的一种21世纪的新型电子材料.本论文首先介绍了石墨烯及黑枸杞的各种性质,潜在应用价值,并对还原氧化石墨烯的各类方法和研究进展进行了综述.实验中采用高原植物黑枸杞,提取绿色植物色素花青素作为还原剂,通过超声加热分散,离心清洗,干燥处理,得到还原了的石墨烯.

Abstract

Graphene is a single atomic layer structure of two dimensional nanomaterials,it has excellent electrical,optical,thermal and mechanical properties,at the same time also has a larger specific surface area.Since the study was discovered in 2004,the important role of graphene in future technological change has been the subject of research.Graphene is known as a new 21st century electronic material that can replace silicon in the future.This paper first introduces the various properties of graphene and black Chinese wolfberry,potential application value,and the reduction of various kinds of methods and research progress of graphene oxide are reviewed.Experiments using plateau plant black Chinese wolfberry,green plant anthocyanin pigment extracted as a reducing agent,heating by ultrasonic dispersion,centrifugal cleaning,dry processing,reducing the graphene.
