苹果种植户废弃物亲环境处理影响因素研究——以河北省内丘县为例

摘要
乡村振兴战略中明确指出要把重点放在应对农业农村突出生态环境问题上,坚持强化农村生态系统的保护与修复,有效提高环境质量.随着内丘县苹果产业的逐年加速发展,废弃物污染带来的区域性生态环境问题已初步显现.基于内丘县苹果种植户的调查数据,采用多元有序Logistic回归模型研究苹果种植户废弃物亲环境处理的影响因素.研究发现亲环境认知、亲环境意愿、成本收益、政府规制对废弃物亲环境处理具有正向影响.基于实证结论,从加强亲环境行为宣传、提高专项补贴、强化政府监督以及建立专业回收体系四方面提出对策建议,促进内丘县苹果种植户废弃物亲环境处理行为实施,持续推进内丘县生态环境建设.
Abstract
The strategy of rural revitalisation clearly states that it is necessary to focus on dealing with outstanding ecological and environmental problems in agriculture and rural areas,and to insist on strengthening the protection and restoration of rural ecosystems and effectively improving environmental quality.With the accelerated development of the apple industry in Neiqiu county year by year,regional ecological and environmental problems caused by waste pollution have initially appeared.Based on the survey data of apple farmers in Neiqiu county,a multivariate ordered Logistic regression model was used to study the influencing factors of pro-environmental treatment of apple farmers'waste.It was found that pro-environmental cognition,pro-environmental willingness,cost-benefit,and government regulation had a positive influence on pro-environmental waste treatment.Based on the empirical findings,the study proposes countermeasures to promote the implementation of pro-environmental treatment of apple growers'waste in Neiqiu county,and to promote the construction of ecological environment in Neiqiu county by strengthening the publicity of pro-environmental behaviours,increasing the special subsidies,strengthening the government's supervision,and establishing a professional recycling system.
