耕地资源价值核算及其空间分布特征——以成都市为例

摘要
为提升耕地资源价值以及完善耕地保护补偿机制政策,本文以四川省成都市为研究对象,基于市—区县—乡镇、街道的区域研究尺度,分别从经济、社会和生态价值三个维度测算耕地资源价值并分析其空间分布规律.研究结果表明:1、成都市单位面积耕地资源综合价值是3324.82万元/公顷,其中经济价值、生态价值、社会价值占比分别是17.15%、10.43%和72.42%;2、自然资源和地理条件决定成都市各区县耕地资源分布的异质性,位于冲积扇平原以及东北和西南片区的区县地势平坦、资源丰富,经济产出高;3、成都市各乡镇、街道耕地资源的分布与其地形、气候、区位关系密切,市辖区以西的郫都区乡镇街道耕地资源价值较高,东南部丘陵区的简阳市下属乡镇,耕地资源价值偏低.
Abstract
In order to improve the value of cultivated land resources and improve the policy of compensation mechanism for cultivated land protection,this paper takes Chengdu city,sichuan province as the research object.Based on the regional research scale of city-county-township and street,the value of cultivated land resources is measured from three dimensions of economic,social and ecological value,and its spatial distribution law is analyzed.The results show that:1.The comprehensive value of cultivated land resources per unit area in Chengdu is 33.2482 million yuan/hm2,of which the proportion of economic value,ecological value and social value is 17.15%,10.43% and 72.42% respectively;natural resources and geographical conditions determine the heterogeneity of the distribution of cultivated land resources in various districts and counties of Chengdu.The districts and counties located in the alluvial fan plain and the northeast and southwest regions have flat terrain,rich resources and high economic output;the distribution of cultivated land resources in towns and streets of Chengdu is closely related to its topography,climate and location.The value of cultivated land resources in towns and streets of Pidu district in the west of municipal district is higher,and the value of cultivated land resources in towns and streets of Jianyang city in the southeast hilly area is lower.
