甘蓝型油菜种子真伪及纯度鉴定的研究进展

摘要
甘蓝型油菜是我国最主要的栽培品种,其种子真伪及纯度鉴定是确保种质资源优质的必要保障.本文简要阐述了形态学鉴定、生化鉴定和分子标记鉴定在甘蓝型油菜种子真伪辨别和纯度鉴定中的研究进展,同时评述了这几种方法各自的优缺点和应用现状.针对甘蓝型油菜种子真伪及纯度鉴定的发展,对几种鉴定技术进行了小结与讨论,对建立在分子生物学、遗传学和基因组测序技术上的分子标记鉴定的应用前景进行了展望.
Abstract
Brassica napus L.is one of the most important cultivar in China,and its seed authenticity and purity identification is the necessary guarantee to ensure the quality of germplasm resources.This paper briefly elaborates on the research progress of morphological identification,biochemical identification,and molecular marker identification in identifying the authenticity and purity of Brassica napus L.seeds,and evaluates the advantages,disadvantages,and application status of these methods.In view of the development of seed authenticity and purity identification of Brassica napus L.,several identification techniques were summarized and discussed,and the application prospect of molecular marker identification based on molecular biology,genetics and genome sequencing technology was prospected.
