干旱胁迫对锥栗幼苗生理特征的影响

摘要
为研究锥栗幼苗响应干旱胁迫的生理反应过程,筛选和培育出拥有抗旱性的品种,本文以两年生锥栗幼苗为试验材料,通过人工模拟干旱胁迫的方法,共设置 0 d、5 d、10 d、15 d、20 d共5个干旱时间梯度,测定锥栗幼苗在不同缺水程度下6个指标的变化,探究干旱因子对幼苗生物量及生理指标的影响.结果表明:持续干旱胁迫下,锥栗幼苗的生物量表现出不断下降的趋势,轻度的干旱对生物量抑制不显著或基本没有影响,中度和重度干旱对生物量起到了显著的抑制作用.随着干旱胁迫时间的逐渐延长,叶片丙二醛含量与SOD活性表现出先上升后下降的变化规律,在T3处理(15 d)达到了最高水平,随后出现下降,T4处理(20 d)略微低于正常处理;叶片脯氨酸含量与POD活性表现出逐渐升高的趋势,且提升幅度都较大,在T4处理(20 d)达到了最高值;叶片CAT活性表现出先持续升高的趋势,在T2处理(10 d)时达到最大值,随后大幅度下降且显著低于正常处理.干旱胁迫下锥栗幼苗的各项指标变化不同,初步认为幼苗大约可以耐受20d左右的干旱逆境,植物本身具有较强的抗旱性.
Abstract
In order to study the physiological reaction process of Castanea henryi(Skan)Rehd.et Wils.seedlings in response to drought stress,screen and to breed drought resistant varieties.Two-year Castanea henryi(Skan)Rehd.et Wils.seedlings were used as experimental materials,to artificial simulation of drought stress method,set were five drought time gradients of 0 d,5 d,10 d,15 d and 20 d.Set up to measure the changes of nine indexes of Castanea henryi(Skan)Rehd.et Wils.seedlings of water deficiency.To explore the effects of drought factors on seedlings biomass and physiological indexes.The results indicated that under continuous drought stress,the biomass of Castanea henryi(Skan)Rehd.et Wils.seedlings showed a decreasing trend.Mild drought had no significant inhibition or almost no effect on biomass.Moderate and severe drought had a significant inhibitory effect on biomass.The gradual extension of drought stress time made the malondialdehyde content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in leaves showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing of variation law.The highest level was reached at T3 treatment(15 d),followed by a decline,T4 treatment(20 d)was slightly lower than normal treatment.free proline(Pro)and peroxidase(POD)activity showed a gradually increasing trend,and the increasing amplitude was large,reached the highest value in T4 treatment(20 d).Catalase(CAT)showed a trend of continuous increase at first,reached the maximum value at T2 treatment(10 d),and then decreased significantly and was significantly lower than normal treatment.The Castanea henryi(Skan)Rehd.et Wils.seedlings indexes were different under drought stress.It was preliminarily considered that seedlings could withstand about 20 days of drought stress,and the plant had strong drought resistance.
