摘要
本研究旨在探讨乡村振兴需求导向下,地方院校生物技术专业人才培养模式的创新途径.通过对当前乡村振兴战略中生物技术领域的需求进行深入分析,结合应用型地方院校生物技术专业的教学现状,提出了优化课程体系设置、强化实践教学、加强师资队伍建设以及深化产学研合作等一系列针对性的培养模式创新策略,以期为乡村振兴提供有力的人才支撑.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the innovative ways of training mode of biotechnology professionals in local colleges under the guidance of rural revitalization needs.Through the current rural revitalization strategy of the demand in the field of biotechnology analysis,combined with the teaching of applied local colleges and universities,put forward the optimization course system setting,strengthen the practice teaching,strengthen the faculty construction and deepen the industry-university-research cooperation and a series of targeted training mode innovation strategy,in order to provide strong talent support for rural revitalization.
