乡村定向师范生乡土情怀培养及助推乡村振兴的路径研究

摘要
在新时代背景下,乡村定向师范生培养对于乡村振兴具有重要意义.乡村定向师范生乡土情怀的培养是乡村振兴能否推动的关键因素.文章探讨了乡村小学全科师范生乡土情怀的内涵与价值,并层层深入,剖析了乡村定向师范生乡土情怀与乡村振兴的内在逻辑.基于此,提出了培育乡村小学师范生乡土情怀助推乡村振兴的路径,通过准确定位定向师范生的培养目标,完善定向师范生的人才培养方案,重构定向师范生的人才培养体系,使得乡土情怀教育融入人才培养,使定向师范生提升获得感和职业认同感,使人才培养立足于地方服务,激发定向师范生们扎根乡村、服务乡村的内在动力,从而推动乡村振兴.
Abstract
In the context of the new era,the cultivation of rural-oriented normal university students holds significant importance for rural revitalization.The cultivation of their local sentiments is a crucial factor in promoting rural revitalization.This article explores the connotation and value of rural primary school students'local sentiments for general education,and analyzes the internal logic between rural-oriented normal university students'local sentiments and rural revitalization in depth.Based on this,it proposes a path for fostering the local sentiments of rural primary school students to boost rural revitalization.By accurately positioning the training objectives of targeted normal university students,improving the talent cultivation plan for targeted normal university students,and reconstructing the talent cultivation system for targeted normal university students,local sentiment education can be integrated into talent cultivation.This will enhance the sense of achievement and professional identity of targeted normal university students,make talent cultivation based on local services,and stimulate the internal motivation of targeted normal university students to take root in and serve rural areas,thus promoting rural revitalization.
