新型城镇化背景下乡村人居环境治理策略研究——以河南省信阳市为例

摘要
改善人居环境,建设美好的居住环境是新型城镇化建设的关键.本文以信阳市为例,分析了其新型城镇化的现状和人居环境建设实践,并提出加强政府的顶层设计、推进乡村基础设施建设、推动城乡融合发展、建设宜居宜业和美乡村,坚持贯彻绿色发展理念等新型城镇化背景下信阳乡村人居环境治理的措施,希望为相关部门提供参考.
Abstract
Improving the living environment and building a good living environment is the key to the construction of new urbanization.Taking Xinyang as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of new-type urbanization and the practice of human settlement environment construction,and puts forward measures to strengthen the top-level design of the government,promote the construction of rural infrastructure,promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and build a livable and working environment and a beautiful countryside in Xinyang under the background of new-type urbanization,hoping to provide references for relevant departments.
