摘要
"五良"是农业高质量发展的保障,新质生产力是农业高质量发展的强劲动力.但是,新质生产力赋能农业"五良"提升,面临良种培育缺芯、良机研发不敷、良法推广不足、良制改革乏力、良田建设不够等现实困境.对此,本文提出育良种紧握农业芯片、用良机提高生产效率、推良法健全技术服务、建良制发展规模经营、造良田夯实增产基础等对策建议,以促进新质生产力赋能农业"五良"提升,推进农业高质量发展.
Abstract
Five good practices are the guarantee of agricultural high-quality development,while new quality productivity is the strong driving force for agricultural high-quality development.However,in the course of empowering promotion of agricultural five good practices through new quality productivity,there are some practical difficulties such as lack of core in breeding good seeds,insufficient research and development of good agricultural machinery,insufficient promotion of good methods,weak reform of good systems,and insufficient construction of good farmlands.Therefore,some suggestions are offered to help empowering promotion of agricultural five good practices through new quality productivity and enhance agricultural high-quality development in this paper,which includes cultivating good seeds to firmly grasp agricultural chips,using good machineries to improve production efficiency,promoting good methods to improve technical services,establishing sound systems to develop large-scale operations,and building good farmlands to solidify the foundation for increasing production.
