中国与日本有机产品标准的差异分析及启示

摘要
为助力我国有机产品出口创汇,推动我国有机产品认证标准取得更多国家、地区的认可,进一步完善我国有机认证体系,促进我国的有机产品产业良好发展,以中国与日本两国的有机产品认证现行标准为研究对象,对植物生产、食用菌栽培及禽畜养殖三个方面比较分析,针对我国有机产品认证标准提出相应的优化建议:(1)动物源有机产品的转换期和引入条件可向日本标准对齐;(2)在投入品方面,可参考日本更详细的条例以完善我国现有标准.打破我国农产品贸易中的绿色壁垒,提升有机产品供给质量,为今后我国有机产品认证标准的修订提供参考依据.
Abstract
In order to improve China's organic products export foreign exchange,to promote China's organic product certification standards to obtain more countries and regions recognized,to further improve China's organic certification system,and to promote the good development of China's organic products industry,Taking the existing standards for organic product certification in China and Japan as the research object,we make a comparative analysis of three aspects of plant production,edible mushroom cultivation and livestock breeding,and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions for China's organic product certification standards:(1)the conversion period and the introduction conditions of organic products of animal origin can be aligned with the Japanese standards;(2)in the aspect of inputs,we can refer to the more detailed regulations of Japan to improve China's existing standards.To break the green barriers in the trade of agricultural products in China,to improve the quality of organic product supply,and to provide a reference basis for the revision of China's organic product certification standards in the future.
