摘要

SAUR(Small auxin-up RNA)是生长素早期响应基因.基于烟草基因组数据,对NtSAUR进行鉴定以及染色体定位、保守基序、保守结构域、基因结构、启动子顺式作用元件分析、系统发育树构建和共线性分析.结果表明,在烟草基因组中共鉴定出64个基因,大部分为碱性蛋白和亲水性蛋白,这些基因不均匀的分布在21条染色体上;系统进化分析显示,烟草SAUR基因分布在三个族群上,各族群基因数量不等;从基因的启动子顺式作用元件中鉴定到有IAA、ABA、GA、JA、SA及干旱、低温等信号响应的顺式作用元件.研究结果为进一步研究烟草SAUR基因的功能和逆境胁迫响应机制提供了依据.

Abstract

SAUR(Small auxin-up RNA)genes are early responders to auxin.Based on the tobacco genome data,NtSAUR genes were identified,and their chromosomal locations,conserved motifs,conserved domains,gene structures,promoter cis-acting elements,phylogenetic trees,and syntenic analyses were conducted.The findings revealed the presence of 64 genes in the tobacco genome,predominantly encoding basic and hydrophilic proteins,unevenly distributed across 21 chromosomes.Phylogenetic analysis indicated that tobacco SAUR genes are dispersed among three distinct clades,with varying gene numbers within each clade.Analysis of the cis-acting elements in the gene promoters identified elements responsive to IAA,ABA,GA,JA,SA,as well as to signals related to drought and low-temperature stress.These results provide a foundation for further investigations into the functions of tobacco SAUR genes and their mechanisms of response to environmental stressors.
