阳山白及工厂化育苗及林下高效栽培技术研究

摘要
随着白及产业迅速发展,野生资源濒临匮乏.而种子自然萌发也证明是比较困难.为了适应市场需求.本研究探究白及的种子萌发、生根及组培苗移栽驯化的最佳方法.发现白及工厂化育苗整个技术流程的单一培养基配方为:改良MS(大量元素改为花宝1号1g/L+花宝2号1g/L)+6-BA0.2 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L+马铃薯泥50g/L+蔗糖3%.并证明泥炭土∶河沙∶蛭石=5∶3∶2时,白及驯化苗移栽的成活率可以达到95%.本研究建立的白芨工厂化育苗体系可有效地扩大白及的种植规模,缩短育苗时间,从而更好地利用和保护白及野生资源.
Abstract
With the rapid development of Bletilla striata industry,the resources are on the verge of scarcity.The natural germination of seeds proved to be more difficult.In order to meet the market demand.This study explores the best methods for seed germination,rooting,transplantation and ecological cultivation.We discovered that the single medium formula for the entire technical process of factory seedling:modified MS(major elements were changed to Huabao No.1 1g/L+Huabao No.21 g/L)+6-BA0.2 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L+Potato 50 g/L+Sucrose 3%.It was also proved that when peat soil:river sand:vermiculite=5:3:2,the survival rate can reach 95%.The industrialized breeding system of Bletilla striata established in this study can effectively expand the planting scale shorten the time for seedlings raising,make better use and protection of Bletilla striata wild resources.
