The Mechanism and Path of Digital Countryside Construction to Promote the Modernization of Chinese Agriculture and Rural Areas-A Grounded Theory Study Based on Typical Cases
The construction of digital countryside is a new engine to promote rural revitalization and an important measure to realize agricultural and rural modernization.The academic researches on the influencing factors of the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas mostly focus on digital agriculture and digital economy,but there are few researches on how the construction of digital countryside promotes the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas.this paper took 15 national pilot counties of digital countryside as typical cases,collected 155 news reports of digital countryside construction in these pilot counties,conducted rooted theoretical research on this,and in-depth explained the mechanism and practical path of digital countryside construction to promote the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas.It is found that the construction of digital countryside promotes the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas by promoting the modernization of agricultural industrial system,agricultural production system,agricultural management system,rural infrastructure and public services,rural residents'ideas and quality of life,and rural governance system and governance capacity.The interpretive perspective of digital rural construction has enriched and expanded the theoretical scope of the research on the influencing factors of the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas,and provided useful policy enlightenment for promoting the modernization of China's agriculture and rural areas.
