The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized that it is necessary to lead the high-quality development of China's economy with new development concepts and promote Chinese-style modernization.The high-quality development of rural areas is an important part of Chinese modernization and an important support for promoting Chinese-style modernization.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the state have made a series of important decision-making arrangements around the high-quality development of rural areas,raising the high-quality development of rural areas to a new height.However,due to the constraints of land,talents,capital,technology and other factors,China's rural high-quality development still faces the problem of insufficient motivation.In order to enhance the driving force of high-quality rural development,we should take serving"rural comprehensive revitalization and realizing Chinese-style agricultural modernization"as the strategic direction,follow the principle of"farmers'participation,market pulling,technology driving and government promoting,"and promote the development of rural industry,the development of rural collective economy,the application of rural digital technology,the governance of rural society and the construction of the system of strengthening agriculture,benefiting farmers and enriching farmers in rural areas from the two levels of endogenous and exogenous driving force.
