摘要
鉴于目前研究生培养过程中存在思想政治不到位、导师科研资源不充足、科研平台开放不充分、科研育人机制不健全等问题,本文以广东海洋大学作物学硕士研究生为研究对象,提出强化党建引领、提高科学素养、学习科研方法和培养创新思维的策略,大力实施"一贯穿"方式和"三融合"形式,着力构建一套"一贯三融"的研究生人才培养模式.
Abstract
In view of the current problems in graduate education,such as ideology and politics are unfulfillment,scientific research resources of tutors are not enough,scientific research platform is not open enough,and scientific research education mechanism is not perfect.This article focuses on master's students in crop science at Guangdong Ocean University,proposes strategies to strengthen Party building leadership,improving scientific literacy,learning scientific research methods,and cultivating innovative thinking,vigorously implement the"one run-through"method and the"three integration"form,and strive to build a set of"one run-through and three integration"graduate training model.
