In the context of rural revitalization,graduate students of agriculture-related universities,as high-level talents,assume the responsibility of promoting rural development.In order to effectively improve the willingness of graduate students in agriculture-related universities to serve"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",the competency model of graduate students in agriculture-related universities containing four dimensions and ten elements has been successfully constructed.Based on the above research conclusions,a multi-dimensional education system for graduate students in agriculture-related universities is constructed,with professional quality education as the foundation,ideological and political education as the guidance,career planning as the context,and social practice as the support.
