Research Progress on Elevation Pattern of Forest Soil Organic Carbon Sink and its Response to Climate Change in Southeast Xizang
At present, the study of forest soil organic carbon has been paid more and more attention with the increasing global climate change.Due to its unique geographical location and complex ecosystems, southeast Xizang has become an important region for studying forest soil organic carbon sinks. This paper summarizes the studies on the elevation pattern of forest soil organic carbon storage and density and its response to climate change in recent years. It was found that forest soil organic carbon storage and density in southeast Xizang showed obvious spatial heterogeneity on the altitude gradient under the comprehensive influence of temperature, precipitation, vegetation type and other factors. In addition, climate change also has a certain degree of impact on the storage and release of forest soil organic carbon in southeast Xizang. To explore the relationship between the elevation pattern of soil organic carbon sink and related climate factors in southeast Xizang,it is helpful to understand the response mechanism of soil organic carbon to climate change, with a view to providing theoretical support for ecological restoration and climate adaptation.
