Construction and Application of Virtual Imitation Training System for Plant Morphology,Growth and Development
The field of plant morphology covers a wide range of knowledge points, and the microscopic structures and developmental processes of plants are difficult to observe directly, which increases the challenges of teaching. To address this issue, this paper proposes the development of a virtual simulation training system for plant morphology, structure, and growth, aimed at assisting teaching and exploring new teaching models. This system provides strong support for teaching the morphology, structure, growth, development, and physiological functions of plant cells, tissues, and organs. The system is based on a B/S(Browser/Server)architecture and is deployed on a campus network server, allowing users to access it via a web browser, with data communication between the terminal and the server. The system includes four modules:theoretical learning, theoretical assessment, practical exercises, and practical assessment.Teaching practice has shown that this system overcomes the limitations of class time and microscopic structures, standardizes experimental operations, improves the safety of sectioning practices, stimulates students'interest in learning, and helps students better master theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
