Spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of phytoplankton community structure and its influencing factors in Poyang Lake
To study the spatial distribution of the phytoplankton community structure and its influencing factors in Poyang Lake,a survey and analysis of the phytoplankton community structure and the physicochemical factors of the water body were carried out in the summer of 2014-2016.The results show that 71 species of phytoplankton were detected in Poyang Lake, belonging to 6 phyla:36 species of green algae,17 species of diatoms,9 species of cyanobacteria,5 species of nudibranchs,2 species of cryptobranchs, and 2 species of methanobranchs, and the average biomass in 2014-2016 was 3.49 mg/L,3.89 mg/L,and 1.54 mg/L,respectively;the average abundance was 9.45×106 cells/L,7.76×106 cells/L,3.91×106 cells/L.The dominant species were mainly Cyanophyta,Chlorophyta and Diatomophyta species.Environmental factors accounted for 25.32%of the phytoplankton community, and water level, transparency and conductivity were the main factors affecting its spatial distribution. The water quality evaluation based on Shannon-Weiner diversity index(H')and Pielou evenness in-dex(J)show that the water quality of Poyang Lake in summer was between oligo-and mesopollution. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the study of phytoplankton and water ecological protection in Poyang Lake.
