Mn4+掺杂氟化物荧光材料展现出众多优势,包括无毒、蓝光激发、超窄发射谱带、高发光效率、符合Rec.2020 标准的发射波长、无重吸收以及优良的热稳定性.这些特点使其成为下一代Mini/Micro-LED显示技术的理想红光介质材料.然而,要应用于Mini/Micro-LED,需要小尺寸的氟化物.因此,本文从制备方法入手,深入探讨了国内外小尺寸Mn4+掺杂氟化物的研究现状.在此基础上,总结并提出当前小尺寸Mn4+掺杂氟化物面临的关键问题,旨在为研发高效优质的小尺寸Mn4+掺杂氟化物提供参考.
Research progress in preparation of small-sized Mn4+-doped fluoride
Mn4+-doped fluoride fluorescent materials have numerous advantages,including non-toxicity,blue light excita-tion,ultra-narrow emission spectral bands,high luminous efficacy,emission wavelengths compliant with the Rec.2020 stand-ard,no re-absorption,and excellent thermal stability.These features make it an ideal red light medium material for next-gen-eration Mini-/Micro-LED display technology.However,in order to be applied in Mini-/Micro-LEDs,small-sized fluoride is required.Therefore,in this paper,the current research status of small-size Mn4+-doped fluorides at home and abroad is dis-cussed from the preparation method.On this basis,it summarizes and puts forward the current key problems faced by small-size Mn4+-doped fluorides,aiming to provide a useful reference for the development of efficient and high-quality small-size Mn4+-doped fluorides.
