Value emergence principle of massive personalized customization:New form of value co-creation
Based on the three-dimensional structural framework of production modes,the evolution of value genera-tion from value transaction to value emergence via value co-creation is analyzed from the perspective of complexity in terms of such main production modes as craft production,mass production,mass customization,mass personaliza-tion and massive personalized customization.Then,the value generation paths are extracted under the three dimen-sions of customer dimension,production dimension and service dimension.Based on the concept of systems science that local action leads to overall emergence,the principle of value emergence of massive personalized customization is revealed,and the basic connotation of the principle is confirmed and scientifically expressed.RenDanHeYi is a specific implementation of massive personalized customization,and its value creation law follows the principle of val-ue emergence.The analysis shows that ecological value is the source of value creation in RenDanHeYi,and Haier's super-modular platform organizational structure can realize the value emergence in RenDanHeYi.The value forma-tion process of massive personalized customization has emergent characteristics,which is expressed in the way of val-ue emergence and is a new form of value co-creation.
