Analysis of Haier's "RenDanHeYi" mode in IoT era:innovation perspective of enterprise management mode based on massive personalized customization
The theoretical research on the management mode of Chinese enterprises in the era of the Internet of Things(IoT)is not yet sufficient.In view of this,this paper takes Haier's"RenDanHeYi"mode as the object to carry out in-depth research on it,proposes an innovative concept of enterprise management mode based on massive personalized customization,and corresponds the three-dimensional structure of massive personalized customization(user dimension,production dimension,service dimension)to the basic elements of enterprise management mode(strategic orientation guided by management philosophy,organizational mechanism,incentive mechanism)one by one.This innovative concept not only expands the theoretical research on Chinese enterprise management mode,but also has certain guiding significance for the construction of Chinese enterprise management mode and the improve-ment of business management levels in the era of the Internet of Things.
