摘要
新时代干部教育培训工作是继承党的优良传统、探索新时代干部成长成才规律和推进中国式现代化建设的必然要求.新时代干部教育培训工作在指导思想、目标任务、培养对象、内容体系、培养过程及保障体系等一系列重大问题上取得了变革性进展.新时代干部教育培训工作坚持历史思维,在继承优良传统的基础上不断开拓创新;坚持辩证思维,强化问题意识;坚持战略思维,统揽新时代干部教育培训工作全局;坚持创新思维,推动干部教育培训工作高质量发展.
Abstract
The cadre education and training work in the new era is the inevitable requirement of inheriting the Par-ty's fine tradition,exploring the law of cadre's growth and development in the new era and promoting the Chinese path to modernization.The work of cadre education and training in the new era has made great progress in a series of important issues such as guiding principle,purpose and task,training target,content system,training process and guarantee system.In the cadre education and training work in the new era,it is necessary to stick to historical think-ing,and continue to develop and innovate fine traditions;to adhere to dialectical thinking,and strengthen the aware-ness of the problem;to adhere to strategic thinking and a holistic approach;to adhere to the innovative thinking and promote the high-quality development.
