Strategies and practices for enhancing mutual recognition of "teaching" and "learning" at universities
Based on the survey and research data of several universities,this paper studied the factors affecting the mutual recognition of teachers and students at universities,and reconstructed and analyzed their research data to construct a driving model for the improvement of recognition weight values.By comparing the recognition weight val-ues of teachers and students through this model,we can point out the weaknesses in recognition and their influencing factors while ensuring that the other parameters remain unchanged,and propose practical ways and methods to im-prove the weaknesses.Based on the results of the reconstructed data,the following six strategies are proposed to help teachers and students at colleges and universities to improve the mutual recognition of"teaching"and"learning":enhancing personal literacy;strengthening emotional education of students;promoting the ideological and moral edu-cation of curriculum;integrating information technology;focusing on the combination of theory and practice;updating the teaching mode.
