A product customization method and its case study based on customer requirement mining
Massive personalized customization is a kind of customized production mode for the personalized requirements of customers,which represents the development direction of modern production.In order to meet the development tendency of massive personalized customization,a product customization method based on customer requirement mining is proposed.The proposed method takes sentiment analysis as the means and review data as the driving force to realize customer requirement mining through product customization feature mining based on product-competitor comparison.Then the product customized improvements are conducted based on the product family architecture,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the features to be optimized by the review mining to obtain the optimization scheme.In this paper,a case study corresponding to the pro-posed method is carried out.Taking a domestic automatic washing machine as an example,the method is applied to the prod-uct customization improvements,and some in-depth analysis is carried out.Through the demonstration of each step in the whole improvement process of such a case,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified,which can offer a kind of technical support for the implementation of massive personalized customization production mode.
