Optimization of practice education system for accounting majors in context of intelligent finance
To meet the new requirements for the training of financial talents in the era of accounting transformation,this paper analyzes the dilemmas in the practice education of accounting majors in vocational colleges.These dilem-mas lie in that that practice education teachers have high theoretical level but lack of practical experience in enter-prises;that the curriculum has a high degree of homogenization and has not formed a three-dimensional practice ed-ucation system;that there are limited professional internship positions and few internship opportunities in off-campus training bases;that the hardware and software facilities are outdated,and the practical scenarios are traditional,re-sulting in poor practice education effects.On this basis,the paper proposes a series of optimization strategies:resha-ping the practice education goals of accounting majors in vocational colleges,optimizing the curriculum and practice teaching system,strengthening the construction of practical-type teacher team to create a"dual-teacher type"team,integrating resources and upgrading hardware and software facilities,and strengthening the construction of on-cam-pus and off-campus training bases.
