家庭文化资本对高校毕业生就业意愿的影响——基于2013-2024年中国知网相关文献的研究

摘要
随着经济的高质量发展,高校毕业生的就业意愿趋向多元化和个性化.同时,学生的就业选择受家庭场域的影响较大.分析最近十余年中国知网(CNKI)文献中391篇家庭对高校毕业生就业意愿影响的相关论文发现:深厚、适度和支持性的家庭文化资本利于高校毕业生的就业认知引导、就业期待满足和就业选择拓宽.这种积极影响需要家长:提供丰富多元的客观化资本,满足子女学习需求;增加受教育面的制度化资本,发挥家长榜样示范作用;给予包容有度的身体化资本,增加子女就业选择底气.
Abstract
With the high-quality development of China's economy,the college graduates'employment intention be-come diversified and personalized.Meanwhile the students'employment choices are greatly influenced by the family domain.An analysis of 391 papers concerning the influence of family on the college graduates'employment inten-tion based on CNKI literature over the past decade reveals that a profound,moderate,and supportive family cultural capital is conducive to guiding the employment cognition of college graduates,satisfying their employment expecta-tions,and broadening their employment choices.This positive impact requires parents to provide a rich and diverse objective capital to meet the graduate's learning needs,to enhance the institutionalized capital of education and play the exemplary role of parents,and to provide a tolerant and moderate embodied capital to boost the graduate's confi-dence in employment choices.
