Research on the International Communication of Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought
Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought represents the cultural dimension of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Promoting its international communication not only responds proactively to the global competition for cultural soft power and international discourse but also addresses China's evolving cultural mission in the New Era.The ongoing transformation of the global cultural governance system and the restructuring of the international communication order have created a historic opportunity for the international communication of Xi Jinping's cultural thought.However,the intensification of global ideological struggles and the inadequacy of China's existing international communication capacity have posed a great challenge to its international communication.In this context,we should continue to explore realistic ways of optimizing its international communication on the basis of accurately setting and grasping the strategic goals of the international communication of Xi Jinping's cultural thought.These strategies include:enhancing the appeal of the discourse through empathetic communication;fostering cooperation among diverse stakeholders to leverage synergistic communication efforts;emphasizing shared values to construct a core discourse;developing digital platforms as"ships"for global outreach;and utilizing intelligent communication technologies to achieve targeted,precise engagement.By implementing these strategies,the effectiveness of the international communication of Xi Jinping's cultural thought can be substantially enhanced,thereby strengthening China's cultural soft power and creating a favorable international environment for advancing Chinese modernization.
