广东10个海岛潮间带大型经济海藻调查

为摸清广东省海岛潮间带大型经济海藻的种类和优势种生物量,并为其资源保护、开发利用以及海洋牧场建设提供参考依据,于2021年1月-2023年2月,采用定性和定量方法对10个海岛共46个站位开展了调查.结果显示:广东省10个海岛共采集到大型经济海藻55种,其中绿藻门14种,红藻门30种,褐藻门11种.半叶马尾藻(Sargassum hemiphyllum)和小珊瑚藻(Corallina pilulifera)为大部分海岛的主要优势种;其中,半叶马尾藻最高生物量达40.72~55.25 kg·m-2,小珊瑚藻最高生物量达4.32 kg·m-2.海萝(Gloiopeltis furcata)和鹿角海萝(G.tenax)的生物量大幅减少,已非优势种类.研究表明广东海岛大型经济海藻优势种资源状况已发生了较大变化,对资源量明显减少的大型海藻经济种类,有必要进行增殖保护.
Survey of economic marine macroalgae on intertidal areas of ten islands in Guangdong Province
In order to find out the economic species and biomass of dominant species of marine macroalgae on intertidal areas of ten islands in Guangdong Province,and to provide references for the conservation and development of economic marine macroalgae and construction of marine ranching in Guangdong Province,we conducted a survey on 46 stations of these islands by qualitative and quantitative methods from January 2021 to February 2023.The results show that a total of 55 species of eco-nomic marine macroalgae including 14 species of Chlorophyta,30 species of Rhodophyta and 11 species of Phaeophyta were col-lected from these ten islands.Sargassum hemiphyllum and Corallina pilulifera were the main dominant species.The highest bio-mass of S.hemiphyllum was 40.72-55.25 kg·m-2 and that of C.pilulifera was 4.32 kg·m-2.G.furcata and G.tenax,whose bio-mass decreased significantly,were no longer the dominant species in these islands.The results demonstrate that the resource status of dominant species of economic microalgae in Guangdong islands has undergone significant changes.It is needed to pro-tect the economic species of macroalgae whose resources have decreased significantly.
