Through sorting out archaeological materials,this article conducts a comparative analysis of the cooking pottery assemblages among the main remains in the Ganpo River Basin of Jiangxi Province in the late Neolithic period,explores the cooking tradition represented by the artifact assemblages,and analyzes the reasons for their formation,thereby constructing a The traditional cooking distribution pattern of ancestors in the middle and lower reaches of the Ganjiang River in the late Neolithic period.Through analysis,four cooking traditions can be basically outlined:the Sheshantou remains with the combination of tripods,beans,and pots as the core artifact combination;the Fanchengdui culture and Shinianshan remains with the combination of tripods,beans,and pots as the core;Xuejiagang Culture-Zhengjia'ao traditional food types and cooking methods are centered on the combination of tripods,cauldrons,pots,and beans;Shanbei Culture is the food tradition centered on the combination of tripods,cauldrons,pots,and beans.
