Jiangxi has a long history of porcelain making.In Sui Tang and Five Dynasties,the social environment in Jiangxi was relatively stable,and there were many kiln sites near each water system.A large number of porcelain from different kilns were unearthed in the tombs of this period.By combing the published tomb materials of Sui,Tang and five dynasties in Jiangxi,it can be seen that the porcelain sources in Jiangxi at this time were roughly divided into two categories:Fengcheng Hongzhou kiln,Leping Nan Kiln and Jingdezhen Kiln were the main local kilns,while Yuezhou kiln,Xing Kiln and Changsha kiln were the foreign kilns.The unearthed porcelain can be divided into the Sui Dynasty to the early Tang Dynasty,the flourishing Tang Dynasty,the middle and late Tang Dynasty and the late Tang Dynasty.Through the above analysis,the paper discusses the rise and fall of local porcelain kiln in Jiangxi Province and the competition with foreign porcelain kiln products.
