摘要
1931年11月,中华苏维埃共和国成立.1932年2月,中华苏维埃共和国国家银行宣告成立,与此同时制备了中华苏维埃共和国国家银行玉印.此枚小小的苏维埃国家银行印章代表着红色金融管理机构的最高职权,在中央苏区及其所属省、县苏区建立银行机构,统一货币和财政收支等工作中发挥了不可替代的作用.如今这枚印章在瑞金中央革命根据地纪念馆的展柜里,仿佛依然在向世人诉说土地革命时期中国共产党在金融战线探索实践的伟大历程.
Abstract
Shortly after the establishment of the Chinese Soviet Republic in November 1931,The State Bank of the Chinese Soviet Republic was proclaimed,At the same time,the jade seal of the State Bank of the Chinese Soviet Republic also came into being.This small seal serves as a tool of authority for the highest financial management institutions,It has played an irreplaceable role in the establishment of banking institutions in the provinces and counties of the Central Soviet Region,the unification of currency,and the unification of fiscal revenue and expenditure.
