In 2021,Jiangxi Provincial Research Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology,Jingdezhen Ceramic Archaeology Research Institute,together with the Archaeology Department of the Palace Museum,the School of Archaeology and Culture of Peking University,the Institute of Archaeology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and other domestic ceramic research institutions,as well as the School of Archaeology and Culture of Jingdezhen Ceramic University,the School of Humanities of Jingdezhen University and other local universities,will form a joint archaeological team.Archaeological excavations were carried out in the northwest corner of the Imperial Kiln Factory Ruins Park.The stratum accumulation revealed by this excavation includes Song,Yuan,Ming,Qing and Republic of China,and is a typical representative of the development process of kiln industry in Jingdezhen Township.In particular,the exposure of the kiln industry in Song and Yuan dynasties provides a reliable basis for archaeological materials to understand the appearance of the kiln industry at the beginning stage in the core area of the town and explore the root of the imperial factory site in the northern foot of Zhu Mountain in the early Ming Dynasty.
