基于功能探索的铸铜遗址出土陶范科技考古分析与研究

本文以陶范的核心功能为主线,详细梳理了出土陶范的科技考古现有研究成果并分类总结.研究发现,陶范的科技分析对认识中国古代青铜铸造工艺有两大类功能:陶范研究对于系统认知我国古代范铸工艺提供了详实的物证,并可协助追踪青铜器的原产地;另一方面,陶范的科学分析将有助于我们认知陶范在铸造中的核心功能,包括为铸铜提供合适的型腔和为青铜合金凝固提供合适的热物性参数.在现代材料科学与凝固理论框架下展开的陶范热物性参数研究,将有助于从微观层面深入认识我国古代铸造工艺.
In this paper,the core functions of clay molds are taken as the main line,and the existing research results of scientific and technological archaeology of unearthed molds are sorted out in detail and classified.It is found that clay molds has two functions in understanding the casting process of ancient Chinese bronze.On the one hand,the existence of molds helps discovering the casting process of ancient Chinese bronze and assists provenance study of bronze.On the other hand,the function of bronze casting includes providing suitable cavity for casting bronze and suitable thermal property parameters for solidification of bronze alloy.Based on modern material science and solidification theory,the study on the thermal physical parameters of clay mold will help to understand the ancient casting process of China from the micro level.
