The coefficient of variation shows that the standardization of ceramic production,degree of standardization,level of specialization and choice of grade consumption in Yue Ares during the Zhou Period present the development trend from slow to sudden change,taking the late spring and Autumn period as the boundary,which is deeply rooted in the change of social development theme.It was the sudden change of social development theme from"economy"to"politics"under the strong influence of external stimulation since late spring and Autumn period that put forward new requirements and impetus for the development of ceramic industry,which made it break through the original independent economic system and turn to serve the political needs.Together with the appearance of ritual vessels,Gou-Jian enfeoffment,going north for hegemony,tracing back to the ancestors and other measures,it constituted the important content of the rapid complexity and politicization of Yue society at this stage.
