Ceramic archaeological research in Jingdezhen,Jiangxi Province,has long been highly valued and has yielded significant results.The establishment of Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Pilot Area in 2019 has brought renewed focus to archaeological investigations,excavations,and research on Jingdezhen's ceramic culture.Particular attention has been given to kiln technology,which is central to ceramics production.This article,based on the Overview of the Results of Archaeological Excavations of Porcelain Kilns in Jingdezhen Through Successive Dynasties,examines recent archaeological investigations in the Jingdezhen region.It highlights new discoveries and research findings related to kilns excavated in the region,evaluates the latest findings in Jingdezhen ceramic kiln research,and aims to contribute to the in-depth study of Jingdezhen's ceramic culture.Additionally,this research supports Jingdezhen's application for World Cultural Heritage status.
