为缓解夏季高温环境下工作人员所产生的热应激,通过研究设计了一款相变降温背心.通过在环境仓模拟四个不同的工况(在相对湿度为 65%的情况下,温度分别为25℃、30℃、33℃和36℃),对降温背心进行降温性能研究.结果表明:随着工况温度的提高,受试者着装有无相变材料的降温背心,在相同测点的温差逐渐增大;由于身体跑步姿态的影响,后背降温效果要优于前胸降温效果;前胸实验组空白组相同测点平均温差最大为 2.85℃,后背实验组空白组相同测点平均温差最大为6.7℃;在36℃条件下,前胸相变材料降温作用时间约为后背的一半.总体表明,该降温背心有一定的降温效果且作用时间较长.
Experimental Study on Cooling Performance of Phase Change Vest
To alleviate the heat stress caused by workers in hot summer environments,this article designs a phase change cooling vest.By simulating four different operating conditions in the environmental compartment(at a relative humidity of 65%,the temperature are 25,30,33 and 36 degrees celsius respectively),the cooling performance of the cooling vest was studied.The results show that as the operating temperature increases,the temperature difference at the same measuring point gradually increases before and after wearing a cooling vest with or without phase change materials;Due to the influence of body running posture,the cooling effect on the back is better than that on the front;The maximum average temper-ature difference between the front chest experiment group and the empty group at the same measuring point is 2.85℃,and the maximum average temperature difference between the back chest experiment group and the empty group at the same measuring point is 6.7℃;At 36℃,the cooling time of the front chest phase change material is about half that of the back;Overall,the cooling vest has a certain cooling effect and a longer action time.
