In-situ Synthesis of NiCo-MOF/MXene Material and its Capacity Properties Research
By attaching NiCo bimetallic Metal-organic frameworks(NiCo-MOF)and MXene onto the surface of the Nickel foam(NF),high-quality electrode has been synthesized without using any adhesive. The combination of these two materials grows a layer structure, which can fasten the ion exchange and reduce invalid stacking of the active ma-terial,and at the same time exhibits ideal electrochemical performance. When the mole ratio at Ni ∶ Co=1 ∶ 2,the obtained SCs shows best performance with 4.96 C/cm2 at the current density of 5 mA/cm2.After assembled with active carbon anode, the energy density of the obtained asymmetric supercapacitor can reach to 1 530 mWh/cm2 under the power density of 10.09 W/cm2 and kept 770 mWh/cm2 when the power density reached to 102.29 W/cm2,also with 98.52%capacitance retention after 5 000 cycles under the cur-rent density of 15 mA/cm2.
