基于真空碳热还原法的生活垃圾焚烧飞灰与脱水污泥共脱毒处理

随着城市化的不断发展,生活垃圾焚烧飞灰和污水厂脱水污泥的产量显著上升.真空碳热还原法作为一种新兴的再处理技术,对生活垃圾焚烧飞灰和污泥的再处理显示出卓越的效果.本研究选取了生活垃圾焚烧飞灰与污泥作为原料,采用真空碳热还原法对其中的重金属和钾盐进行脱除和回收处理.研究了烧结温度、污泥掺加量、烧结时间和系统压力对重金属及钾去除率的影响.结果表明,在系统压力为200 Pa、烧结温度为900℃、污泥掺加量的质量分数为35%、烧结时间为60 min的条件下,铅、锌、铜、铁和钾的去除率分别达到 93.96%、92.48%、64.02%、23.34%和76.56%.
Detoxification Co-treatment of Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Fly Ash and Dehydrated Sludge Using Vacuum Carbon Thermal Reduction
With the continuous development of urbanization,municipal solid waste inciner-ation fly ash and dehydrated sludge from sewage treatment plant has significantly increased.Vacuum carbon thermal reduction,as an emerging reprocessing technology,demonstrates outstanding efficacy in the re-treatment of fly ash and sludge from municipal solid waste.This study selected municipal solid waste incineration fly ash and sewage treatment plant dehydrated sludge as raw materials,utilized the vacuum carbon thermal re-duction method for the removal and recovery of heavy metals and potassium salts.Impacts of sintering temperature,sludge blending ratio,sintering time,and system pressure on the removal efficiency of heavy metals and potassium were investigated.Pb(93.96%),Zn(92.48%),Cu(64.02%),Fe(23.34%)and K(76.56%)were removed with 35%sludge doping dosage at 900℃under 200 Pa for 60 min.
