Detoxification Co-treatment of Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Fly Ash and Dehydrated Sludge Using Vacuum Carbon Thermal Reduction
With the continuous development of urbanization, municipal solid waste inciner-ation fly ash and dehydrated sludge from sewage treatment plant has significantly increased.Vacuum carbon thermal reduction,as an emerging reprocessing technology, demonstrates outstanding efficacy in the re-treatment of fly ash and sludge from municipal solid waste. This study selected municipal solid waste incineration fly ash and sewage treatment plant dehydrated sludge as raw materials, utilized the vacuum carbon thermal re-duction method for the removal and recovery of heavy metals and potassium salts.Impacts of sintering temperature, sludge blending ratio, sintering time, and system pressure on the removal efficiency of heavy metals and potassium were investigated.Pb(93.96%),Zn(92.48%),Cu(64.02%),Fe(23.34%)and K(76.56%)were removed with 35%sludge doping dosage at 900℃under 200 Pa for 60 min.
