Effects of JMJD2B and HPIP on biological behaviors of Hela cells in cervical cancer
Aim To analyze the effects of JMJD2B and HPIP on biological behaviors of Hela cells in cervical cancer. Methods Hela cells were divided into si-NC group,si-JMJD2B group and si-HPIP group. The mRNA levels of JMJD2B and HPIP in cervical cancer cells were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.The expression levels of JMJD2B and HPIP pro-teins in cervical cancer cells and normal cervical cells were detected by Western blotting. The proliferation ability of Hela cells was detected by CCK-8.The migration and invasion of Hela cells were detected by Transwell system. Results The expression levels of JMJD2B and HPIP in cervical cancer cells were higher than those in normal cervical cells(P<0.05).Compared with si-NC group,mRNA and proteins of JMJD2B and HPIP,cells proliferation, number of migration cells and invasion cells were significantly decreased in si-JMJD2B group and si-HPIP group(P<0.05).Conclusion JMJD2B and HPIP may regulate biological behaviors(including proliferation, migration, invasion)of Hela cells in cervical cancer.
