The clinical significance of lncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 expression in non-small cell lung cancer patients
Aim To analyze the clinical significance of long chain non-coding RNA(lncRNA)-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 expression in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Methods 76 NSCLC patients were selected,and the positive ex-pression rates of lncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 mRNA in cancer tissue and adjacent tissues were compared.The patients were divided into a positive group and a negative group.The relationship between positive and negative expression of lncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 and their clinical pathological characteristics was compared.The survival status of each group was also compared.Results The expression levels of lncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 in cancer tissues were higher than those in ad-jacent tissues(P＜0.05).The proportion of stage Ⅲ and lymph node metastasis in lncRNA-miR210HG positive expression is higher than that in negative expression.The proportion of SH3BGRL3 positive expression in stage Ⅲ,lymph node metastasis,and low to medium differentiation were higher than those in negative expression(P＜0.05).The overall survival rates of lncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 positive groups were lower than those of the negative group(P＜0.05).Conclusion lncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 are highly expressed in NSCLC cancer tissue,and different expression levels lead to different TNM stages,lymph node me-tastasis,and differentiation levels.
