Influence of rehabilitation training based on PEO model on functional recovery and surface electromyography signal in patients with hemiplegia after stroke
Aim To observe the influence of rehabilitation training based on person-environment-occupation(PEO)model on functional recovery and surface electromyography signal in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods 150 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into control group and PEO group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the PEO group received rehabilitation training based on PEO model. The training effects, lower limb function, muscle strength level and surface electromyography signal were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of training in PEO group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After training, the lower limb function of both groups of patients improved, and the PEO group performed better than the control group(P<0.05).After training, the muscle strength levels of both groups of patients were higher than the levels before training, and the PEO group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After training, the surface electromyographic signals of both groups of patients were stronger than the signals before training, and the PEO group was stronger than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training based on PEO mode has obvious rehabilitation effects in the rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegia after stroke, which helps improve the lower extremi-ty function of patients, increase the surface myoelectric signal and improve the level of muscle strength.
