目的 探讨MRI表观扩散系数(ADC)在脑胶质瘤分级和异柠檬酸脱氢酶 1(IDH1)基因分型中的临床意义。方法 回顾性收集脑胶质瘤患者60 例,比较不同分级、不同IDH1 基因型脑胶质瘤的ADC。ROC曲线分析ADC诊断不同分级脑胶质瘤的效能。结果 与低级别脑胶质瘤患者比较,高级别脑胶质瘤患者最小ADC、平均ADC、相对最小ADC、相对平均ADC显著降低(P<0。05);而不同IDH1 基因型脑胶质瘤患者上述指标比较差异无显著性(P>0。05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,ADC对脑胶质瘤分级具有良好的诊断价值(P<0。05)。结论 ADC对脑胶质瘤分级具有良好的诊断价值。
The clinical significance of MRI apparent diffusion coefficient in brain glioma grading and IDH1 genotyping
Aim To investigate the clinical significance of MRI apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in glioma grading and isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1)genotyping.Methods A total of 60 patients with glioma were retrospectively collected,and the ADC values of glioma with different grades and different IDH1 genotypes were compared.ROC curve was used to analyze the effi-cacy of ADC in the diagnosis of different grades of glioma.Results Compared with patients with low-grade glioma,the minimum ADC,average ADC,relative minimum ADC and relative average ADC of patients with high-grade glioma were significantly lower(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that ADC had a good diagnostic value for glioma grading(P<0.05).Conclusion ADC has a good diagnostic value for glioma grading.
