The clinical significance of MRI apparent diffusion coefficient in brain glioma grading and IDH1 genotyping
Aim To investigate the clinical significance of MRI apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in glioma grading and isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1)genotyping.Methods A total of 60 patients with glioma were retrospectively collected, and the ADC values of glioma with different grades and different IDH1 genotypes were compared.ROC curve was used to analyze the effi-cacy of ADC in the diagnosis of different grades of glioma. Results Compared with patients with low-grade glioma, the minimum ADC,average ADC,relative minimum ADC and relative average ADC of patients with high-grade glioma were significantly lower(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that ADC had a good diagnostic value for glioma grading(P<0.05).Conclusion ADC has a good diagnostic value for glioma grading.
